Terms of service

1. Overview

These terms apply to all purchases on neonstrike.store, operated by VALTI TECH, VAT number IT02815140187 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Neon Strike™ uses infrared signals, not real lasers; laser beams shown in videos are visual effects. The product is intended for ages 8+ and should be used under adult supervision. Batteries are not included.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Order and contract

The contract is concluded when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable; in that case you receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and withdrawal

You can return any order within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the law of your country of residence (in the EU, 2 years from delivery).

8. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products or failure to follow the instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
